Joshua M. Henderson

Joshua M. Henderson (also licensed in North Carolina), born in Oceanside, CA in 1970, Graduate of Spartanburg High School in 1988, Davidson College (magna cum laude) in 1992 and University of South Carolina School of Law (magna cum laude) in 1995. While in law school, he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review and Order of the Coif. His law review article, “Buyout Remedy for Oppressed Minority Shareholders” 47 S.C.L. Rev. 195 (1995) was cited in the South Carolina Court of Appeals’ case, Kiriakides v. Atlas Food Systems and Services, Inc., 527 S.E.2d 371 (S.C. Ct. App. 2000). 

Josh and his wife have 2 adult children and are members of Hope Point Community Church, where they teach elementary Sunday school. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Rice Bowls, a faith-based nonprofit organization that provides food for orphanages around the world.
